Welcome! 

Cougar Foundation was established in July 2008, for the sole purpose of providing assistance and support to 2-2 CR Soldiers and Family Members. We are a non-profit Private Organization based on Rose Barracks, operating under the approval of USAG Grafenwoehr, Germany.

Cougar Foundation's Executive Board consists of military spouses who are directly affiliated with 2/2 CR soldiers; Erin Avera (President), Brittany McCormick (Vice-President), Caroline Schaeffer (Treasurer), and Anica Lewis (Secretary) are serving on the board as volunteers.

We are currently supporting our FRGs, families and soldiers by preparing for our Spring Fling on Sunday, April 22, 2012 as well as Volksfest for August 3-5, 2012.
